Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Seven years of work experience in service delivery systems for persons with mental health diagnoses, including at least two years in a quality assurance role.
• Experience with CMS conditions of participation and The Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the QA/Quality Management team.
• Ensures CMS/TJC compliance and develops corrective action plans.
• Develops in‑service training and policy guidance.
• Generates reports and coordinates with regulatory bodies.
