Job summary

St. John’s Community Services in Washington, DC seeks a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to strengthen corporate compliance and QA across the organization.

You will lead audits, develop plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with state subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations and timely corrective actions. This role offers the opportunity to shape agency-wide policies, implement training, and support the office of the Director of Quality and Compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with corporate compliance, quality assurance, or related regulations.
• Experience with Medicaid and human/social services preferred.
• Strong skills in designing and conducting compliance and QA audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage quality improvement and compliance monitoring activities daily.
• Develop plans and schedules for major quality and compliance initiatives.
• Supervise assigned quality and compliance staff.
• Conduct annual compliance and quality assurance reviews and audits of state subsidiaries.
• Coordinate and support home office departments with reviews and audits.
