Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and programmatic support to the Health Services Unit in support of the unit and agency mission.
• Updates and maintains records, files, and automated databases.
• Maintains institutional health records in compliance with institutional operating procedures and medical protocols.
• Assists with scheduling health and therapy sessions and/or programs for inmates.
• Prepares copies of relevant documentation, maintains files, emails documentation, and answers telephone calls for the Medical Unit.
• Assignments to other duties or location may be necessary to meet the clinical and administrative needs of the Department.
