Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a strategic leader to manage a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands. You will drive performance, quality, compliance and financial targets, while promoting the service to referral sources and ensuring robust governance.

You will build strong internal and external relationships with commissioners, local authorities and partner organisations. You will recruit and develop multidisciplinary teams, manage data and reporting, and lead service improvements in line with

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field of Health Promotion, Public Health, Health & Social Policy, Social Sciences, or Community Development
• At least 3 years in health or social care related post
• Demonstrated management, leadership and mentoring within a similar role/environment
• Experience working effectively with a range of stakeholders, with a confident ability to build successful relationships
• Evidence of delivering programmes in line with contractual requirements and SLAs
• Experience and confident in financial management, able to scrutinise budgets and support / inform P&L reports
• Familiar with risk analysis, mitigating challenges and service improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts
• Create and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Ensure Quality/Process and Procedures are embedded across the service
• Recruit and develop multi-disciplinary teams and ensure annual Personal Development Plans
• Clinical Governance / Audit and research support to build portfolio of evidence and innovation
