Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior Health Programme Lead to manage performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts with emphasis on governance and partnerships in the West Midlands region.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, lead multi-disciplinary teams, monitor SLAs, and ensure robust reporting and continuous improvement while aligning with company values and strategic aims.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in health or social care post.
• Experience managing teams and mentoring.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and partners.
• Experience delivering services to meet SLAs and budgets.
• Strong data reporting and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts.
• Create and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure Quality/Process and Procedures are embedded.
• Recruiting and developing teams to ensure embedding within MAXIMUS and meeting standards.
• Clinical Governance / Audit tasks and reporting.
