MAXIMUS is seeking a Health Programme Manager to lead performance, quality, and governance across a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands. You will drive KPI delivery, ensure compliant processes, and report to senior leadership.

You will build partnerships with local authorities, commissioners, and providers, oversee financial data under SLAs, and support contract growth while developing teams and embedding a culture of learning and improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health & Social Policy, or related field.
• At least 3 years in health or social care post.
• Demonstrated management and mentoring within similar roles.

• Lead performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across health contracts.
• Build relationships with local and national stakeholders and partners.
• Embed quality processes, policies and governance systems across service delivery.
• Recruit and develop multi-disciplinary teams and oversee PDPs and appraisals.
