Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing health or social care programmes with SLA adherence.
• Evidence of delivering service improvements and reporting.

• Develop thresholds, referral criteria, pathways and policies and communicate them clearly.
• Ensure quality standards and governance measures are implemented.
