Job summary

MAXIMUS is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to lead performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands. You will build strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners and delivery partners to ensure services meet targets and SLAs, while maintaining high standards of governance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification inHealth Promotion, Public Health, Health & Social Policy, Social Sciences, or Community Development.
• Minimum of 3 years in health or social care related post.
• Demonstrable management, leadership and mentoring within a similar role/environment.
• Experience with a range of stakeholders and building relationships.
• Evidence of delivery of programmes in line with contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Experience in financial management and P&L reporting.
• Familiar with risk analysis and mitigating challenges.
• Recruiting and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in writing reports, procedures and policies.
• Ability to develop performance measures and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities
