Zusammenfassung

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior manager to lead performance and quality across a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands. You will drive KPIs, ensure compliance, and promote services to referrals aligned with inclusion criteria.

You will build strong links with local authorities, commissioners and partners, overseeing SLAs, governance, and sustained contract growth while supporting a culture of learning and improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a health-related field.
• Minimum 3 years in health or social care post.
• Experience in management, leadership and mentoring.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience delivering programmes in line with contracts/SLAs.
• Financial management experience and budget scrutiny.
• Knowledge of risk analysis and mitigation.
• Experience recruiting and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficient report writing and policy development.
• Ability to develop and analyse performance measures.
