Job summary

Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You will create your schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, travel locally, and complete documentation using a company-provided iPad.

This 1099 contractor role does not involve prescribing, on-call shifts, or follow-ups, and includes malpractice insurance plus collaborating physicians. Onboarding is rapid, with full setup in 3–4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Active NP license is required.
• Minimum availability of eight full 7.5-hour days per month.
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of your home.

Responsibilities
