Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Middlesboro, KY. You’ll work autonomously, set your own schedule with an 8-day minimum per month, and travel locally to patients. Qualifications
