Job summary

Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners for a flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments across Medicare Advantage members in Lexington, KY. You’ll set your own schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, earning competitive pay with incentives.

Travel locally to patients within roughly 60 minutes of home. No prescribing, no on-call shifts, and no follow-ups. 1099 contractor with streamlined EMR and 3–4 week onboarding.

Qualifications
