Job summary

Pikeville, KY-based organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll create your own schedule with an 8-day minimum per month and use a company-provided iPad for documentation.

You’ll review medical history, current medications, and social factors, perform basic health evaluations, and travel locally to patients within about an hour of home.

Qualifications

• Active NP license required (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP and Women’s Health specialties)
• Minimum availability of eight (8) full 7.5-hour days per month
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of your home
• 1099 contractor designation and streamlined documentation using EMR
