Job summary

Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role offers autonomous work, a reliable schedule, and the opportunity to earn extra income with a flexible 8-day monthly minimum.

You will review medical history, perform basic physical and mental health evaluations, and travel locally within your county. No prescribing, no on-call shifts, and documentation via company iPad.

Qualifications

• Active NP license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP and Women’s Health specialties).
• Minimum availability of eight (8) full 7.5-hour days per month
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of your home.
