Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy to lead a team of product managers and consultants in designing, developing, and deploying multi-horizon product strategies across multiple lines of business. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires strong financial and analytical skills, experience translating strategy into initiatives, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid, in-office model.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience; MBA/MPH strongly preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in people management.
• Experience leading product managers/strategists to set long- and short-term product strategies.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; translate strategy into executable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers and consultants to design, develop, and deploy multi-horizon product strategies and products.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of product outcomes.
• Translate product strategy inputs into executable initiatives across at least one product or capability.
• Present information clearly to diverse audiences and lead cross-functional teams.
