Job summary

Blue Shield of CA seeks a Senior Manager, Product Strategy to guide a team of product managers and consultants in developing and deploying multi-horizon product strategies for the health plan portfolio.

You will work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders across the Ascend iun family, translating inputs into executable initiatives and driving results with strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher with 4 years relevant experience; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 8+ years relevant experience with at least 4 years in people management.
• Experience leading product managers to establish long- and short-term strategies.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; translate inputs into executable initiatives.
• Health plan product experience preferred.
