Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience; MBA/MPH or related field strongly preferred.
• 8+ years relevant experience, including at least 4 years of people management experience.
• Experience leading a team of product managers/product strategists to establish and execute long- and short-term product strategies.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Experience translating product strategy inputs into executable initiatives across at least one product or capability.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to ensure delivery of product outcomes.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and present information clearly to varied audiences.
• Health plan product experience strongly preferred.
