You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Services, Communications, or related field
• At least five years of health plan project management experience and implementation, including large-scale initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), JIRA, and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leader for administrative systems implementation for new and renewing customers.
• Partner with HealthPartners Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and renewal processes.
• Act as project manager for strategic and complex implementations, maintaining accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each customer implementation.
• Coordinate implementation work teams to ensure impacted business units are informed and engaged.
• Resolve critical implementation issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide excellent service and partnership to internal and external customers throughout the process.
• Partner across the organization to communicate implementation status and ensure action plans are executed.
• Maintain proactive updates to stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Provide proposal support to Sales and Marketing Administration as needed.
