Integra Partners is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead complex, post-sale health plan implementations from initiation through operational handoff. This role owns the implementation plan, client relationship, cross-functional coordination, risks, decisions, and readiness activities required to deliver on time, within scope, and witha high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation, project management, or client delivery experience in healthcare.
• Experience leading health plan implementations with requirements, testing, launch and stabilization.
• Strong knowledge of claims workflows, testing, adjudication outcomes, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex health plan implementations from kickoff to operations handoff.
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, and status reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams and external clients across multiple functions.
