Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support plan sponsor onboarding and execution. You will gather requirements, help develop implementation plans, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as a primary liaison with clients throughout the onboarding process.

You will mentor the implementation team, drive delivery, and address inquiries to ensure successful outcomes. A background in health insurance implementations and project coordination is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, OneNote and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements with the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assist in developing implementation plans with the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Work with internal departments to ensure successful execution of implementation projects.
• Address inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team during onboarding.
• Facilitate relationships with clients as primary contact throughout implementation.
• Deliver leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
