CVS Health Corporation is hiring an Account Manager to serve as the primary client contact for PBM operations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and uphold service standards across communications, issue tracking, and performance guarantees.

The role requires 4+ years in client services or account management, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and the ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Issue tracking — engage internal departments and client resources to resolve issues from start to finish with routine updates.
• Driving Practical & Creative Solutions — think critically to find optimal outcomes in complex scenarios.
• Engaging Appropriate Resources — discuss information at varying levels of complexity and engage the best resources to drive resolution.
• Work within Deadlines and Client Guarantees — drive timely resolutions and ensure all client performance guarantees are met.
