Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a client services-based environment or account management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact and oversee day-to-day PBM operations.
• Act as liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to deliver requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate issue tracking, updates, and resolution.
• Travel up to 20% as required to support clients and deadlines.
