Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and oversee day-to-day PBM operations.
• Act as liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of requests.
• Maintain high level client service through accuracy, responsiveness, reliability and professionalism.
• Track issues from start to resolution and provide routine updates to the client.
• Engage appropriate resources and drive issue resolution within deadlines and guarantees.
