Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact and oversee day-to-day PBM operations.
• Act as liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of requests.
• Track issues and drive timely, quality resolutions while providing routine updates to the client.
• Ensure all Client Performance Guarantees are met.
• Travel up to 20% as required by the role.
