Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience at a large strategy or health boutique consulting firm.
• 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare Provider and/or Payer Industry in one or more areas of corporate development, transformation or internal strategy.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree (bonus).
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau or Alteryx (bonus).
• Experience with Blockchain, AI, Cloud, Machine Learning (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Run delivery of projects in Healthcare Strategy to map client positions against global trends.
• Lead teams to deliver world-class business strategy solutions for Healthcare Strategy clients.
• Earn trust of senior leaders and partner to create strategic solutions at business, technology, and operations intersections.
• Guide on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and drive outcomes.
• Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s role as a long-term advisor.
• Mentor junior Strategy team members for increased responsibility.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
