Qualifications

• 8+ years of Strategy or Management Consulting experience.
• Experience serving healthcare payer organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience mentoring consulting teams across engagements.
• Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite executives.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare payer clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives with strategic recommendations.
