Qualifications

• 12+ years in a client-facing Healthcare Payer IT services or IT consulting role.
• Proven success leading large Healthcare Payer technology transformation pursuits.
• Strong ability to build CXO/VP relationships.
• Experience in matrixed global delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture executive relationships with Healthcare Payer clients.
• Drive pipeline, renewals, extensions, and new opportunities.
• Lead RFPs and strategic pursuits to grow accounts.
• Co-create AI-driven transformation solutions with service lines.
• Manage account financials including revenue and margins.
