Cognizant in Minneapolis is seeking a Healthcare Payer Client Relationship Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships and drive revenue, pipeline, and profitability. You will partner with service lines and executives to deliver AI-enabled transformations and measurable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in healthcare payer IT services, strong CXO engagement capabilities, and experience managing large multi-team programs in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

12+ years in a client-facing Healthcare Payer IT services or IT consulting role.
Proven success leading large Healthcare Payer technology transformation pursuits.
Strong ability to build CXO/VP relationships.
Experience in matrixed global delivery models.

Responsibilities

Own and nurture executive relationships with Healthcare Payer clients.
Drive pipeline, renewals, extensions, and new opportunities.
Lead RFPs and strategic pursuits to grow accounts.
Co-create AI-driven transformation solutions with service lines.
Manage account financials including revenue and margins.
