Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare, Public Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 3–8 years in federal BD, capture, proposal management, or related discipline with increasing responsibilities.
• At least 3 years supporting federal procurements and proposals.
• Experience leading capture planning, customer engagement, and proposal development.
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and CRM/pipeline usage.

Responsibilities

• Support annual growth objectives by pursuing defined capture activities.
• Identify, qualify, and track federal/state Health IT opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date opportunity information in CRM and pipelines.
• Lead or assist capture activities for small–medium opportunities and support larger pursuits.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Develop relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to capture plans, win strategies, and customer engagement plans.
• Assist with teaming partner identification and inputs to teaming agreements.
• Support white papers, capability briefings, and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with teams to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Prepare opportunity summaries and bid/no-bid recommendations.
