Job summary

EROS Technologies Inc. is hiring a hands-on Business Development & Capture Associate specializing in Health IT to drive federal and state opportunities remotely. You will support capture strategy, opportunity development, and proposal coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and track federal and state Health IT opportunities.

Are you a hands-on Business Development professional with experience in Federal Health IT and government contracting?

We’re hiring for one of our clients seeking a motivated professional to support federal and state Health IT business growth, capture strategy, opportunity development, and proposal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and track federal and state Health IT opportunities.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Support capture planning, win strategies, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Build relationships with government customers, industry partners, and teaming partners.
• Support RFIs, Sources Sought notices, and federal proposal development.
• Coordinate proposal activities, including content planning, pricing support, and review processes.
• Monitor procurement forecasts, acquisition plans, solicitations, and government contract vehicles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Federal BD, Capture Management, Proposal Management, Program Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting federal procurements and proposal efforts.
• Hands-on experience with opportunity qualification, capture planning, customer engagement, and proposal development.
• Working knowledge of FAR and federal procurement processes.
• Strong research, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or pipeline management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer and partner engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting CMS, HHS, CDC, NIH, AHRQ, VA, or other federal health agencies.
• Knowledge of Health IT, data analytics, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or digital services.
• Experience with GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and other government contract vehicles.
• Established relationships within the federal health community.
