CORMAC Corporation in Leesburg, VA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead federal healthcare IT initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery across agile teams, cloud-based solutions, and data-driven programs.

You will liaison between executives, CMS program offices, and delivery teams, managing risks and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in a highly regulated environment. This role requires 10+ years in federal IT and US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Health Informatics, or similar field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams under SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Experience with cloud-hosted applications and DevOps.
• Familiarity with CMS programs and federal security/compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive oversight of CMS program performance and staffing.
• Lead multiple Agile/SAFe teams with quality measures and dashboards.
• Coordinate with CMS staff and delivery teams; on-site in Baltimore when needed.
• Plan work around federal rulemaking; align with ACA and IMPACT Act.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA and accessibility rules.
• Oversee production support, incident management, and deployments.
• Evaluate AI/LLM tool adoption to improve delivery efficiency.
