Job summary

EROS Technologies Inc. is hiring a hands-on Business Development & Capture Associate specializing in Health IT to drive federal and state opportunities remotely. You will support capture strategy, opportunity development, and proposal coordination with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–8 years in Federal BD or related roles, strong knowledge of FAR, and proven ability to engage customers, partners, and proposal teams to win contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, healthcare, public administration, or related field.
• 3–8 years of Federal BD, capture, proposal, or program management experience.
• Experience supporting federal procurements, FAR, and proposal development processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and track federal and state Health IT opportunities.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Support capture planning, win strategies, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Build relationships with government customers, industry partners, and teaming partners.
• Support RFIs, Sources Sought notices, and federal proposal development.
• Coordinate proposal activities, including content planning, pricing support, and reviews.
• Monitor procurement forecasts, acquisition plans, solicitations, and government contract vehicles.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines using CRM and business development tools.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and proposal teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Track capture progress, risks, action items, and growth opportunities.
