Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Integrated & Specialty Solutions Leader for US Health in a hybrid role. This position leads a 170+ team, aligning Health capabilities and analytics to deliver integrated client offerings and drive growth.

Expect strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive Health industry experience. Travel up to 50% may be required; Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
• Ability to lead critical thinking around ideation with a strong commercial lens.
• Experience leading a multi-market, dispersed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated & Specialty Solutions team in driving advisory expertise and unique solutions to meet client and market needs and drive growth.
• Create and deploy a connectivity strategy and framework that brings Health teams, capabilities and expertise together.
• Connect, develop, and scale specialty advisory capabilities and solutions leveraging analytics and data.
• Increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of specialty capabilities across Health Solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver a coordinated market approach across Health, actuarial, analytics, broking, and consumer specialties.
