Qualificações
- Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
- Ability to lead critical thinking with a strong commercial lens.
- Experience leading a multi-market, dispersed workforce.
- Experience creating scalable solutions and partnerships with third parties.

- Lead and manage a 170+ person team.
- Drive profitability, efficiency, growth and integration across the team.
