Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Integrated & Specialty Solutions Leader for US Health. This hybrid role combines remote work with office presence in US locations, leading a 170+ team and driving growth across Health specialties.

You will connect capabilities, leverage analytics, and develop market-aligned solutions to address evolving client needs. Qualified candidates have 15+ years in Health/Benefits, strong strategic and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to coordinate

Qualifications

Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
Ability to lead critical thinking around ideation with a strong commercial lens.
Exceptional communication skills to convey messages across geographies.
Experience creating scalable solutions and partnerships with third parties.
Ability to work in a matrixed environment and drive integration across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Integrated & Specialty Solutions team, guiding advisory expertise and client solutions.
Develop connectivity across Health specialties and broader Health practice.
Scale specialty capabilities using analytics and data for integrated offerings.
Drive adoption and awareness of specialty capabilities across Health Solutions.
Identify growth opportunities and coordinate cross-functional market approaches.
Support thought leadership and solution development for client needs.
Own the specialty prioritization process across practices.
