Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Integrated & Specialty Solutions Leader for US Health to drive strategic leadership across Health specialty advisory, consulting and solutions. This hybrid role enables working virtually and from any US Aon office, with a broad remit to connect capabilities, scale advisory services, and deliver integrated client offerings.

The successful candidate will lead a 170+ team, shape growth opportunities, and partner with markets to commercialize solutions while ensuring delivery

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of dynamic Health and Benefits experience.
• Strong strategic thinking with a commercial orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across geographies.
• Experience leading multi-market dispersed teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for integrated Health specialty and advisory teams.
