Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey compelling messages across levels and geographies.
• Experience leading a multi-market, dispersed workforce and driving integration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated & Specialty Solutions team, driving profitability, efficiency, growth and integration.
• Build and deploy a connectivity framework that unites Health teams, capabilities and expertise.
• Scale specialty advisory capabilities and solutions using analytics and data to coordinate client offerings.
• Increase awareness, adoption and utilization of specialty capabilities across Health Solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities by integrating Health, actuarial, analytics, broking, and consumer capabilities.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with clients and markets.
