You will lead cross-functional teams, identify opportunities, and translate emerging trends into strategic actions. Based in Boston, you will collaborate with executives, clinicians, researchers, and designers to advance innovative, resilient health environments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years consulting or leadership experience in healthcare, architecture, planning, or strategy.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex organizational initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR Health practice subsectors and oversee Subsector Directors.
• Develop and differentiate sub-sector strategies, market positioning, and thought leadership.
• Translate healthcare trends into actionable growth strategies and client value.
