Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains and preserves confidential electronic health records according to policies.
• Processes releases of health information in compliance with laws.
• Reviews health information with EHR tools to identify deficiencies.
• Provides customer service to patients, providers, and staff.
• Offers training for Dragon/voice recognition and assists with portal enrollment.
• Performs document imaging and quality control as required.
