Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Release of Information: review requests, locate documents, validate HIPAA-required elements.
• Patient Identity Management: maintain EMPI, resolve identity discrepancies, and update demographic data.
• Maintain documentation and provide data trends for reporting and audits.
• Assist with chart corrections and ensure timely processing and compliance.
