Job summary

You will work under the Director of Revenue to manage release-of-information, index records, maintain workflows, complete chart corrections, and support audits, retention, and legal health record requests, ensuring timely, compliant access to records.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of medical records/revenue-cycle support with EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle release-of-information requests.
• Index incoming records and documents.
• Maintain health information workflows.
• Complete approved chart corrections.
• Support record retention, audits, and legal health record requests.
• Monitor work queues and service levels for timely completion.
• Run and reconcile reports to support billing readiness and accuracy.
• Identify trends and sources of rework; provide exception information.
