Job summary

Vitruvian Health seeks a Chart Completion Analyst to maintain the accuracy of the centralized electronic health record. Under supervision, you will investigate data entry issues and perform corrections to support patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments, ensuring timely corrections, and providing guidance on chart deficiencies to physicians and staff. Epic and OnBase experience are preferred, with RHIT certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a HIM environment or healthcare environment.
• One year of Medical Record and/or scanning experience within OnBase preferred.
• Epic Experience preferred. Six months of analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of centralized electronic health records by investigating questionable data entry and correcting as appropriate.
• Coordinate chart corrections across inpatient and outpatient information systems and ensure documentation is complete and accurate for patient safety.
