Job summary

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Chart Completion Analyst in Dalton, GA to maintain the integrity of the electronic health record and oversee data corrections across inpatient and outpatient systems. You will coordinate with Patient Access, clinical departments, Pharmacy, Radiology, Lab, and Physicians to ensure timely, accurate documentation.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a HIM or healthcare setting, with OnBase scanning experience and RHIT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a HIM or healthcare environment.
• Experience with medical records or scanning in OnBase preferred.
• RHIT certification preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Six months of analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain content integrity of the electronic health record.
• Identify and correct data entry issues and ensure compliance with JC standards.
• Coordinate with clinical and ancillary departments to complete corrections.
• Review records for missing documents, signatures, and accuracy.
