Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager to support Market Access initiatives across multiple states. The role partners with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and technology environments, including major EHR platforms.

You will translate data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities that improve patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
