Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT insights into practical opportunities across priority therapeutic areas. The role covers a broad region and partners with health systems, cross-functional GSK teams, and customers to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and technological environments, including EHRs and population health tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within healthcare.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and EHR platforms.
Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient care.
Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources.
Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance decisions align with policy requirements.
