GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled improvements across multiple states. You will partner with health systems and internal teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows, data insights, and governance requirements.

You will educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources, support adoption, and contribute to strategic account planning. Field collaboration across Market Access and other units is essential for scalable, compliant solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharma; 2+ years in health informatics/EHR roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on EHR knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement; share insights and trends.
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions within GSK policies.
