Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (hospital, practice, or patient-care env.).
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on EHR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess EHR readiness, data insights, and operational barriers to identify compliant opportunities to improve patient ID, care delivery, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and HIT trends with internal partners.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance, privacy, security, and compliance decisions within GSK policies.
