Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to lead HIT-enabled strategies across multiple therapeutic areas. You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to align workflows and EHR environments, ensuring compliant, value-driven solutions.

This field-based role focuses on improving patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency through HIT resources, with a strong emphasis on governance and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in healthcare/informatics.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within patient-care settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to translate needs across teams and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and internal teams to align HIT resources with workflows and technology environments.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to improve patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and assess their evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as an HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating support and providing field input on scalable tools.
