GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT insights into practical opportunities for patient care and operational efficiency. The role collaborates with health systems and cross-functional teams to align approved HIT resources with customer needs, clinical workflows, and technology environments, including major EHR platforms.

The candidate will educate customers on EHR-enabled resources, support account planning, and ensure governance decisions comply with GSK

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Epic or other major EHR vendor certification or RHIA/RHIT/CPHIMS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and operational barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital resources and support their evaluation.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units; coordinate customer support.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while aligning with policies and compliance.
