Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Senior Advisor for Health and Human Services (HHS) to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation across state and local government. You will leverage Medicaid expertise to deliver cost-effective support, procurement innovations, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Deep experience with Medicaid enterprise systems and state programs.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and legislative dynamics.

Responsibilities

Build deep, trusted relationships with State and local HHS Agency executives and translate needs into solutions.
Advocate for customer pain points and features that address real health program issues.
Lead large, multi-state modernization initiatives and ensure program outcomes.
Own business development outcomes, driving wins and managing risks.
Collaborate with AWS teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions across states.
