Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
• 10+ years of enterprise technology strategy and operations in state or local government.
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes, budgets, and legislative dynamics.
• Experience influencing organizational leadership decisions.
• Proven track record of large-scale technology modernization ($10M+).

Responsibilities
